WE PROVIDE A FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH THE BRIDE AND GROOM
YOUR WEDDING DAY PA or "on-the-day wedding co-ordination" is charged at a minimum fee of £350.
This includes a one hour free consultation 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding day, followed by up to 6 hours spent following up suppliers and 8 hours on-the-day co-ordination. Additional “on-the-day” hours spent over and above those quoted will be charged at £25 per hour.
On-the-day payment terms:
- 50% of agreed fee on booking
- 50% of agreed fee one week prior to your wedding
FULL WEDDING CO-ORDINATION
It takes a bride-to-be on average 250 hours to arrange her wedding. Full planning of your wedding will be charged at a minimum fee of £2500 but this will depend on the service you require. For your information - our charges are based on the service you require and the hours we agree at the outset that it will take to undertake those tasks. Our fees are based on a standard rate of £25 per hour.
During your free consultation you will decide on how much or how little you want us to be involved in your wedding preparations. Following acceptance of our fee, payment terms are as follows:
- 25% of agreed fee on booking
- 25% of agreed fee six weeks after booking date
- 25% of agreed fee six months before wedding
- 25% of agreed fee one month prior to your wedding
