On-the-Day PA
You may only need our Event PA to help with on-the-day coordination of your event. Our role will be to ensure that the day runs like clockwork, ie. speakers remain within their allocated time allowance, you won’t need to worry about whether the IT equipment will work, refreshments will be served at the required time and your clients will leave feeling that that have been well looked after by a team of professionals.
With on-the-day coordination, your PA would normally meet with you 2-3 weeks prior to your event to provide her with sufficient time to follow up all the necessary details – this will allow you time to prepare for the important things such as putting together your presentation to customers and generally focussing on your day job.
It is important that this service is booked well in advance of your event to ensure you "save the date".
Our Pricing
Our core resource is small and (depending on the size of your project) in order to ensure we offer a first class service we will bring in a team of associates who are all specialists in their particular area of work. This means our fixed costs are low and this is reflected in our pricing.
