We will provide an overview of the services we provide and if you would like Sunflower Events to help you with planning certain elements of your wedding we will supply you with a quotation for the service required.
The service preferred by brides-to-be: "YOUR OWN WEDDING DAY PA"
Some brides-to-be prefer to organise all their wedding day pre-planning themselves. However, in the few weeks leading up to your big day why don’t you allow yourself some valuable time for pampering and de-stressing, leaving your personal professional PA to deal with any last minute queries that may arise.
“YOUR WEDDING DAY PA” package includes an initial consultation after which your PA will communicate with all your suppliers and co-ordinate your wedding day on your behalf. This will alleviate all of your wedding day worries such as “will the caterers turn up” or “does the band know how to get here?” Our busiest months are May to September - therefore, to secure our services for your wedding day we ask that you contact us as early as possible. We will then meet with you normally two-three weeks before your wedding to allow sufficient time to follow up all the necessary details.
FULL WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATION
Following on from your initial consultation, your Planner will work with you to plan your perfect day. She will organise for you all the elements of your wedding you wish her to be involved in including sourcing the venue and all suppliers such as caterers, transport, stationery, flowers, gift lists, handling RSVP’s etc. She will be available throughout the planning period for regular meetings and to provide ideas and offer advice and she will attend and coordinate your wedding day - leaving you to enjoy your day and not have to worry about the detail.
VENUE SEARCH
Do you want help locating the perfect venue? At your consultation meeting Sunflower Eventz will take a brief from you and search for just such a place, providing you with a shortlist for you to visit.
SPECIFIC SUPPLIER SEARCH
Most brides love the thought of handling everything themselves but often need a few planning suggestions whilst others are happy to let the experts organise everything allowing the bride and groom to enjoy the run up to their big day and the day itself.
